The situation of the press in Mexico and the intolerable impunity for the death of Hiroyuki Muramoto, Reuters cameraman killed among the "red shirts" and the police in Thailand on April 10, 2010 contrast with the sinister murder of three journalists killed in each country: Somalia, Indonesia, Nepal and Colombia.
The PEC (Presse Emblem Campagne) initiating a call to the international community to develop a new term of protection of journalists. The questioning and the lack of application of "existing law" has been heavily criticized before the Human Rights Council.
